I am Scott Bryan Bonilla, a results driven real estate agent helping New Yorkers sell with strategy and move with confidence. I focus on strong pricing, smart marketing, and fast execution that delivers real outcomes in a competitive market.
I work with FIND Real Estate, formerly Oxford Property Group. FIND was formed when three of New York’s largest independent brokerages, Oxford, Spire, and Level, chose to unite under one name. Today, the firm is a team of 1000+ trusted and growing agents across the city, giving my clients added reach, insight, and support.
I work with sellers, buyers, and landlords who value clear guidance and efficient execution. Whether preparing a listing, making an offer, or securing the right tenant, I keep the process focused, direct, and aligned with your goals.
In a city that moves fast, I deliver consistency, communication, and results.
· MY STORY ·
I was born in 1982 and spent my early years moving between Colorado, Puerto Rico, West Virginia, and Long Island before returning to New York. Growing up on the move taught me to adapt quickly, connect with people, and handle change. These lessons guide how I approach every client today.
I also bring experience from a family business in high end antiques, where I learned negotiation, valuation, and spotting opportunities. Over time, I applied that same mindset to investments and decision making, giving me a unique perspective in real estate.
Based in Astoria, I work with clients throughout Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn, combining empathy with strategy to help every client feel confident at each step.
